They advised to take x ray RGU(URETHROGRAM). later he told at this age though we do surgery we cant guarantee whether he will pass urine normally after period so better continue the same catheter. At this juncture why they sought the x ray which cost 2550/-. ** *** ***** **** ********** *** ******* *** **** ****** Further he asked me how many years you are expecting your father will live. This nobody knows. even we are not sure whether we live next moment. I got good reviews through practo but i am very much dissatisfied.

Doctor's attitude was not satisfactory. Not ready to listen actual complaint from patient. He was asking to get done ultra sound for urinary blader. Patient cannot control the urine for getting ultra sound. When we complaint he was not ready to listen us. We came out of the examination room within 2 minutes and wasted 550 rupees for nothing. Even for car parking they charged 30 rupees. In my opinion century hospital is ment for middle class families

This whole feedback is based on not visiting doctor as he is in surgery and I made online booking

First of all I have booked through online and went by spending 200rs and once I reach there k came to know he is in surgery and will be delayed by this I haven't got chance to meet doctor

Receptionist gave me his assistant number to reschedule I tried 6 to 7 times for rescheduling he is not lifting call

Receptionist gave an idea not to book online as they don't have entire schedules

So today my time it's not been productive and reason for this is booking though online and I spend 400 rs just on autos and precious 2 hrs

I would suggest instead of online call directly it will save money

I went with sexual weakness problem. The doctor was friendly. But the doctor prescribed 3 lab tests costing inr 4300. While my problem was nothing new. **** ** *** ****** **** ***** I went back to the doctor and told him that I cannot afford tests cost. ** *** **** ** ********* ***** *** ** ******* *** *** ****** *** ** ***** ***** ***** **** ** ***** * ****** ******

Moreover, consultation charges are inr 550 and registration 150. Why is registration charges required. If it's mandatory why was it not mentioned on website?

I wait more than 3 hour. This was not expected. Even i had to consult with another doctor. i was dissatisfied.

I am not happy to wait so long being a pain bearer since it’s a paid hospital and no one is caring but making to wait longer and longer

He was Well experienced and explaining the issue very clearly. Doctor is very friendly. He has good knowledge ofcourse his treatment procedure shows his expertise in field. Definately i recommend Doctor KVR Prasad Sir
