I am extremely disappointed with my consultation experience. The entire video consultation lasted barely 3 minutes, during which the doctor did not take a proper history or ask the detailed questions that are essential for evaluating acne. There was no attempt to understand the duration of my condition, previous treatments, hormonal history, skincare routine, triggers, or expectations from the consultation.
What was even more upsetting was the doctor’s attitude when I expressed my concern that the consultation felt rushed. ******* ** ********** ** ******* *************** *** ********* ** ****** **** * ****** **** * ************** * ****** * ************* * ***** **** ******* ********** ************** ************** *** ******** **** It was dismissive of my genuine concerns as a patient seeking medical advice.
Regardless of whether the prescription is clinically appropriate, every patient deserves to be heard, treated with respect, and given adequate time during a paid consultation. This experience fell far below those expectations, and I left feeling dismissed rather than cared for.
