At the age of 22, I was a rather confused and overwhelmed person. A lof of life happens to us before we even realize it and we are shaped by it in countless ways before we even begin to become aware of ourselves fully. My therapy sessions with Ankita Jain have helped me become more aware of myself ; They have helped me understand and introspect and be aware of my own thoughts, my own biases and how in many ways I was holding myself back because of what my environment and experiences had thought me of my worth and what I deserve.

Ankita changed my perspective massively on my own self beliefs by gradually walking me through the realization process, all-while knowing and understanding me as a person. Ankita is very professional, available during emergencies and is transparent with her work which helps build trust. Ankita helped me look at my past as a set of lessons and experiences rather than a burden or limiting factor towards my future, which helped me to motivate myself to work towards a future that I always dreamed of.

I am glad to have worked on my life with Ankita and I am not sure I would be the same person I am today if it were not for the discoveries about myself Ankita held my hand through. I will always be grateful for the some of the most positive and joy-filled moments Ankita was able to bring into my life. Cheers :)))))
