I am extremely disappointed with my consultation experience. The entire video consultation lasted barely 3 minutes, during which the doctor did not take a proper history or ask the detailed questions that are essential for evaluating acne. There was no attempt to understand the duration of my condition, previous treatments, hormonal history, skincare routine, triggers, or expectations from the consultation.

This experience fell far below those expectations, and I left feeling dismissed rather than cared for.
