My appointment was at eight... For which a reminder mail and message was also sent...but to my surprise doctor left at 6.30...there was no communication from the hospital about the situation and the staff behavior was as usual... The distance between my place to the clinic is almost an hour... And making a heart patient who recently underwent angiogram and angioplasty to travel such long distance for nothing was really disturbing and painful...
The consultation experience was just okay with the doctor. The clinic visit and staff behavior were good, but overall I would rate the experience around 2.5 out of 5.
