I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Koushik Amancharla, Urologist at Medicover Hospital, Financial District.

My father was diagnosed with large kidney stones (around 35 mm in both kidneys) and was experiencing severe pain. We consulted multiple hospitals before, but the experience was overwhelming—they suggested different procedures and multiple visits, which left us confused and worried.

Meeting Dr. Koushik Amancharla was a turning point for us. He was extremely friendly, patient, and reassuring. He explained the entire procedure clearly and gave us confidence to move forward without fear.

The surgery was completed successfully in a single day, even though it took around 3 hours. Today, my father is recovering well, able to move freely, and most importantly, is pain-free. Although stents were placed in both kidneys, he has not faced any complications so far.

We are truly thankful to Dr. Koushik for his expertise, care, and support throughout this journey. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate urologist.

Had been suffering from kidney tumor and had been evaluated by pet CT and cect. The findings were pointing towards a malignancy and cancer. The doctor evaluated and suggested that my entire right side kidney had to be removed. I have a history in family of kidney failure and dialysis. So I was very apprehensive to get my entire kidney removed as the tumor was placed on one corner of the kidney.

My aunt was suffering from a renal tumor with advanced stage. It was diagnosed as kidney cancer with thrombosis of renal vein stage t3a. She is a diabetic for long time and has creatinine of 1.8. she also has a stone in other side kidney. We had consulted many urologists who could operate both sides in single sitting so it could save our cost expenses and also the trauma to patient. Visited Dr koushik for my kidney cancer. While being in distress about my cancer the doctor thoroughly counselled me and my family about the nature of my illness.
