She was quite receptive and very able to understand my issues. She suggested quite mild medication and also suggested tests only if needed. however the appointment system at challa hospital is bad. They need to improve that as there seems to be no system to book an appointment with Dr. Usha Rani unless you go there in person and register your name and you will be FIFO
