I had a very bad experience at Oliva Liberty Hyderabad , the frontend Staff are very unprofessional , mis managed outlet , I have given a brief to Mr, Chari (COO) i think its high time to know and understand what customer service is all about , I am sure if the same attitude continues OLIVA will loose market share, Pls treat humans as Humans , The organization gets their revenue from the patients, Hence they should treat patients as GOD , it should not be the other way round , Hope they will do necessary changes and moreover the mindset of the staff working their ,

I had visited the hospital and it was health problem. ****** *** ****. I can recommend doctor to my family or friends. Medicine and cream was suggested by the doctor. I went for whitening/skin related issue. The way the doctor spoke was good, but I am not able to see results as I had expected. I am using medicines currently. In the first sitting only there was an improvement, in my second and third sitting I am not able to see any improvement. There was no waiting time in the hospital. Hospitality was good.

The medical professionals suggested the use of different concentrations of the trichloroacetic acid solution for the chemical reconstruction of acne scars. These technical terms were explained to me in a very easy way. Very interesting and smooth treatment. Great results!
