Dr Rahul Raghavapuram enquired what was my problem in a friendly manner. I told him that constipation was my problem and I was having hemorrhoids. Dr Rahul checked with the help of an instrument and later informed me that at three places I was having hemorrhoids. He advised me to go for change in lifestyle by having 2 glasses of warm water in the morning and also go for a walk for about an hour every day. I was advised to meet again after 1 month after following the instructions given to me. No surgery was required immediately. Further action would be decided after the check up after a month.
