The doctor explained everything clearly during the consultation, and I would rate the experience 4 out of 5. The clinic staff and wait time were also good.
The experience with the doctor was good. The patient mentioned that the visit went well and they will need to return for a follow-up appointment.
I felt the consultation was rushed and the doctor did not listen to me properly. It seemed like I only had about ten to fifteen seconds to speak before being given a prescription. Although the prescription helped and I noticed some improvement, I was not satisfied with the time and attention given during the visit.
I do not recommend Dr. Battula Mayuri because she was not available on the consultation date.
