All doctors in Care is very good highly qualified I difinetly recommend everybody ..down to earth Doctor Pradeep trained and had experience in USA and Srinivasan From London even they done heart transplantation I really felt happy because my mothers is in safe hands .again they proved it. Doctor panel is good but wait time is very high n very long. One has to carry lunch and dinner too for getting the appointment, down line staff and practising new doctors are clue less and can even give non medical

Information properly.

My father got admitted for some cardiac issue and they asked for 20,000 security amount at night 2 pm even though we carried cash less insurence facility.

They demanded the security deposit and dint do admission process until we have paid the amount through credit card.

Though the doctors are good and have an eye to detail and friendly but lotts of things are not in place and especially emergency ward is an other unresponsive place . To explain this I can write a story and paragraphs, but to give a gist processes are long n time consuming n tedious. Pls keep it simple n patient friendly.

My first contact with Dr Som Raju was in 2007 for my wife high BP. My own consultation was in 2010 July and he told me no emergency and as you feel comfortable visit for my problem. In November 2010 I was admitted for any blockage and there was one major, stent was fixed and in five days I was discharged. My second stent was fixed in 2012 as emergency case as I was sweating and visited him immediately after the investigation one more stent was fixed. Now I am keeping fine and visit him every six months though in one year due to corona no consultation. He is gem as Doctor and I am extremely happy with his advises. The quality of CARE has come down due absence of dispensing staff.

Since 18 years..during my repeated visit for periodical check up Iam not satisfied ..for his repeated only word...ELA UNNARU..means how are you..But I used to return from hospital..checkup..I my self satisfied ..because still I am breathing even after 18 years of bypass by this great gentleman..If he talks one more word during our regular visits..It will be another

drop,nector to our life.I pray God to provide a peaceful.healthy life for 100 more years..in turn our life also can be extended by the cool touch of this.BABA..PRANAM,s
