I started counselling with Saher during a very stressful time both professionally and personally. She is not in a rush to give you a solution until we get down to the problem. And that problem might not be what you think is the problem. So don't go in expecting a magic potion in a session or two.
But once we did get down to the problem, she helped me find solutions that worked for me. She really patiently dealt with all my quirks and helped me work through each of my issues and will continue to do so. And if you want to geek out on the science behind the process, she will cover you there as well.
She made me comfortable enough to not feel guilty about going back to her after multiple bouts of vanishing acts and missed appointments (This is not an encouragement for you to do it).
I highly recommend Saher, in fact, I have already recommended her to people in my circle who work with her and are happy. Read less

Saher has made me feel safe and secure during every single session. She isn't judgemental. She communicates super efficiently and empathizes deeply, both of which are extremely important to me. She had also challenged me when required in the most polite way. She creates a space of confidence and confidentiality all at once and unlike most other counselors, she never prioritizes anything else, over the patient's convenience.
