Retrospect Counselling, Manikonda

All the thoughts and weight which I'm continuously controlling and filling myself with the sadness is relieved. I feel much light inside after the session.

The thing I liked most is no judgement and felt comfort to speak heart out truly whether bad/good innocent/guilty feelings .

Ms. Sneha was extremely kind and understanding in her approach. She was able to simplify my troubles and help me navigate them in a goal-oriented manner. She created a safe space for me to open up and talk about things comfortably.

I felt extremely happy after the session. I could just speak my heart out. Came out from the session feeling very positive and to look at things in a positive way.

It was a great session. And would recommend the doctor!

Doctor Sneha was very kind and friendly. She was quick to understand my issues and made sure to check with me if her understanding/ assumptions were correct before moving forward. I really appreciated being involved in the process and having my input being taken seriously.

Have been seeing Sneha for past few months and the thing that has made it easy to stick to her most of all is the warm and friendly approach she has. I have noticed a significant improvement in the way I handle issues now compared to when I first started. Would definitely recommend her to anyone struggling with seeking help for mental health!

Initially I was very skeptical seeking counseling online but Sneha’s approach is such that I was never made me feel that it was online. She has been able to diagnose the root cause of the issues and her solution to these issues can be deemed very practical and immensely helpful.

Firstly , she is the most patient person you will ever meet. Very practical and positive in her approach . She is friendly and makes sure the patient is comfortable. She doesn’t hold on to the clock but ensures she spends extra time needed to solve the patients problem. Highly recommend Dr Sneha

I feel that problems at psychological level in the mind are increasing day by day in the life of human beings,our humanity needs more persons like Ms. Sneha khelani mam .On my bottom of my heart and I am not just saying but I really mean that you will have a worthful experience in your life ,which gives an great help to solve your psychological problems through mam counseling sessions.

There are 2 aspects that really standout about Dr. Sneha. The first one would be that she makes sure that you are comfortable. You'll feel like she really cares.. The second would be that she really gets to the root of the problem and addresses that issue. I was going through a lot or so i felt and with each session i was feeling better. I've been taking help for 9 months now and I'll continue to do so. I've recommended a friend of mine and they also said that they felt better after 1 session.
