I visited the clinic around 6:15 PM for the removal of a fish bone that was stuck in the lower right side of my mouth. When I arrived, the assistant asked me to go inside. The doctor was already in her car in the parking area and appeared to be about to leave. Two staff members asked about my problem, informed the doctor, and requested that I wait. The doctor chose to return and examine me.

She examined my mouth using an endoscopic camera and a retrieval instrument. She sprayed a local anaesthetic and explained that if the fish bone was lodged deeper, an endoscopy might be required. Fortunately, she was able to locate the fish bone quickly and remove it with the instrument. The entire procedure took less than 15 minutes, and no surgery or endoscopy was required.

After the procedure, I asked about the consultation charges. I was asked to wait outside, and about five minutes later, a staff member handed me a file containing the diagnosis and prescription and informed me that the total bill was ₹2,100.
