It took me time to open up, to trust the space, and to even understand what I was feeling. But Dr. Pragya never gave up on me. She stayed patient, consistent, and kind throughout.

Working with Dr Pragya has been a really impactful experience for me. She's sharp, insightful, and always encouraging. What I appreciate most is her honesty — she's not afraid to give a tough reality check when it's needed, and while that might not be for everyone, it's something I’ve found incredibly helpful. This is the first time I’ve actually been able to stick with therapy, and a big part of that is because of how she shows up in our sessions. I’m genuinely grateful for the clarity and support she brings.

I started having sudden panic attacks few months back and realised I need professional help. Pretty naively, without much research, I searched the nearest doctors chamber and there I met Pragya and 5 months down the line, I realised that was the best decision I took in recent times.
