Dr. Payal is amazing.

I had chronic back pain and had a sore muscle. She treated me just right. And within 7 to 8 sittings and continued exercises at home, Iam relieved.

FINALLY my Tennis Elbow Pain got Cured, all because of Dr. Payal! She is one of the Best & extremely Experienced Physio Therapist in Gurgaon! What I liked about my treatment with her is, along with treating the pain, she also explains the type of injury that's causing the pain and how to manage the injury recovery phase.

I was in severe pain for 2 months and I was feeling kind of depressed because my elbow pain restricting me from pursuing any fitness activity or even daily life movements where I had to Pull or Push. Everyone that I consulted prior to Dr. Payal, they all said I had to be in complete rest from any physical Push-Pull movement for at least 3 months. However, after my First consultation with Dr. Payal, she assured me that I could continue working out with some limitations and in few weeks I could see significant improvement in my elbow movement with the pain subsiding and me regaining my lost confidence while working out.

When I visited doctor I was in puch pain and was not able stand straight and get up in one go after sitting. After listening to my problem thoroughly first thing Dr. Payal gave me is confidence that I will be fine soon. And after few sessions now I am feeling far better. I have been suggested some streching which will help me gain strength. Dr. is very friendly, understands and explains so good.

So here is the thing u can get a thousand of doc in the market but very few are capable to understand ur issue and here I am writing this review for Dr. Payal who is really commendable and I would say the best person who can make u feel comfortable and provides the best treatment ever wherein you will get the relief in few sessions itself. So I have been here in past also and she has been great at that time as well as this time too.
