I am really thankful to Dr Priyatama Srivastava in helping me lose 12 Kg weight in a span of 3 months. When I went to her I was very doubtful if I would be able to achieve or even complete this journey but her consistent motivation, diet modifications as required helped me not only to complete the target I had in my mind, infact I never felt I was on diet. I could eat whatever I liked and was still able to lose weight. Even when the weight got stuck for few days, she modified the diet to re-kick the weight loss process. I went to her as I was having high BP, high cholesterol, pre-diabetic conditions but with her help I have been able to reduce the cholesterol levels and reverse BP and pre-diabetic condition. I have high cholesterol for a while now. Though everyone does advice weight loss, but I had not been able to reduce much even after trying numerous exercises and diets.
Also, I have hormonal imbalances which caused significant weight gain and also hindered with weight loss.
I was very sure, nothing can help me reduce weight... especially not dieting. Not to leave out my fear of dieting too.
But with Dr. Priya, it's a different exp altogether. I have been taking consultation for a month now, and have lost almost 5kgs.
Best part is... the entire diet is centered around things I prefer eating. So I didn't feel even once that I was actually dieting. I feel the way she plans the diet makes it very easy to follow it.
I still have a long way to go.. but I wud any day recommend Dr. Priya to anyone who wants to diet n yet not feel the restrictions.

I have tried lots of diets and exercise plans, and whatever small amount of weight I used to loose, used to come back with more weight very soon. I heard some great reviews for Priyatama and gave it a try. I have lost 8 kgs within 25 days :), and the weight loss has not stopped. Priyatama helped me change my lifestyle around the food. My basic approach and relation to food has completely changed. Most important thing is that she NEVER advised me to go hungry, eat monotonous diets, or eat some crash diets. Her approach to diet is more balanced than I have ever followed. I feel more energetic, I need a little less sleep now than I used to "need" earlier, I have more mental clarity and steady energy levels throughout the day, I feel more healthy and my cholesterol is coming down. Biggest addition she has done in my dietary habits is the tasty and healthy meal plans and recipes. They are absolutely fantastic and so much easier to make then our so called traditional food. She has not asked me to stop eating anything, I am eating chapatis, sabzis, salads, sandwiches, veggies and you name it.
In comparison, I have heard of some dieticians out there who are advising their clients to eat only bananas or sprouts whole day. These kind of diets are not sustainable, and unhealthy in long term. You may see a difference in your weight, but you won't be able to include it in your lifestyle, or see any improvement in quality of your life.

I am Sarika,My body was very complex and has been through alot. So much harmones and progesterone which were unnecessary to me but doctors did prescribed and result were terrible weight gain , constipation,thyroid. It’s been 8 to 9 months I am taking diet from Priytama Srivastava . After my post pregnancy I was very much over weighted and people make me feel body shamed which makes me feel very low. It has been about 3 months that I have been following the diet plan prescribed by Priya, and I could not have been more satisfied with the results. I have lost about 8 kgs and gone back to my weight levels of more than a decade ago. (I would have reached this level earlier, but the last three months were interspersed with frequent travel, when I could not stick to the prescribed diet plan.)
Priya’s diet plan was fairly easy to follow. As a foodie, I dreaded getting into dieting as I always imagined it to be a series of tasteless food with a blanket ban on anything remotely tasty. This could not be further from the truth: The prescribed diet plan had some wonderfully delicious recipes that were not hard to make either. Moreover, I was allowed to have cheatmeals and even cheatdays when I ate mostly what I want (in some moderation, of course). Every time there was something in the diet plan that I did not like, I just had to let Priya know and she would happily replace it with something tastier.
The best part about Priya is her genuine sense of care for her patients. She is always available to answer questions on WhatsApp or call as needed.
