I started the pregnancy diet plan with Dr. Monika. It was very good, keeping nausea and gas issues to a minimum. She also helps change the diets in case there are certain foods you do not feel like eating. I lost 5kgs during pregnancy also (since I was overweight), but the baby weight was still normal and healthy. After a point I did not gain too much weight also and was able to maintain a healthy weight. I would recommend her for pre and post partum diet suggestions.

I consulted Dr. Monika for weight loss. I lost 6 kg in 2 months. All the parameters like body fat, viscous fat etc have reduced a lot in this journey. There are not much restrictions in the diet.
