She completed her Bachelors in psychology from Jesus and Mary College Delhi University and Masters in Clinical Psychology from AMITY University, Noida. She further was trained as a Clinical Hypnotherapist at American Institute of Clinical Hypnosis, California, USA .Trained under the able guidance of Senior consultant psychiatrist Dr. Sandeep Vohra at Apollo Hospitals for 2 years, Ms. Esha Mehta has worked actively with patients suffering from psychiatric DISORDERS AT Vohra Neuropsychiatric clinic for 3 years. She has also worked as a school psychologist at D.P.S Vasant Kunj, New Delhi for 5 years and Shiv Nadar School, Gurgaon for 7 months. She has helped students deal with various emotional and behavioural problems there.
