Dr. Meeta Nanda is a Masters in Physiotherapy (MPT) from Dr. D.Y. Patil university, Mumbai which she completed in the year 2011. She also did her Bachelors in Physiotherapy (BPT) from the same institute in the year 2007.Dr. Nanda has been practicing for over 7 years and specializes in the mobilization of the spine, knees, and other peripheral joints. She is one of the few physical therapists in the country who had completed a course from McKenzie institute international (MII) to become a certified McKenzie Therapist-Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) - a world-renowned treatment protocol for effective treatment of patients with back, neck and extremities disorders. She is also a certified Mulligan Practitioner (CMP) – a unique concept developed by internationally acclaimed physiotherapist Brian Mulligan for the treatment of musculoskeletal injuries. Dr. Nanda is also a certified Dry Needling Therapist. Dry needling is a very successful medical treatment which uses very thin needles without any medication (a dry needle ) to achieve its aim. It is used to treat pain and dysfunction caused by muscle problems, sinus trouble, and headaches.She holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Modified Chiropractic and Osteopathy techniques -Advanced Postural Biomechanical Correction (APBC Technique) from the Godrum-IACOPT School, United Kingdom.She is a member of the Indian Association of Physiotherapists (MIAP). She has also undergone training programs on exercise testing and prescription training in 2011, fitness-on field assessment and training in 2009, training in the treatment of dysfunctions in the pelvic complex in 2008 and soft tissue injury and clinical sports physiotherapy in 2007.Prior to joining us, she was working in Physical Therapy clinic (with Dr. Bela Sethi) in Gurgaon and as a lecture at MGM College of Physiotherapy, Navi Mumbai.

I would highly recommend Dr. Meeta and the Orthocure clinic.
I really liked the way she treated me for my back pain specially when I am expecting my first baby and she cannot give me all kinds of treatment because of this. I had trouble even walking and after 4 sessions, I was relieved of my pain. She advised some stretching work outs for my back pain and also related to pregnancy. She asked me to see me only on SOS basis as I was feeling better unlike other doctors who will keep asking you to visit them to make more money. The best part is that she only attends 1 patient at a time and provides diagnosis with full sincerity. The clinic is peaceful with positive environment. I have asked also my mother also to see her as I trust her.

I came to Orthocure after undergoing physiotherapy (for my lower back issues) at another centre for nearly 2 months. Having patiently undergone treatment at another 'popular' centre without satisfactory results, I was quite sceptical about what to expect from Orthocure, as it was an unknown centre.I had no recommendation from any known sources. I had come across Orthocure while googling the net.
What followed was the 3 month treatment programme of MedX which yielded excellent results. Initially Dr Meeanl and then Dr Meets guided me through the programme. I was explained in detail what was causing the problem and how it would be treated and rectified.
The programme started yielding visible results after the first few sittings. While it was not smooth sailing always, as my problem was complicated, Dr Meets dealt with all the surprises and customised my treatment accordingly.
Now at the end of 3 month programme, I am completely satisfied with the results and would without any hesitation 'Fully' recommend the services of Orthocure & Dr Meets to anyone facing similar, lower back issues.

I came here with my chronic neck pain which was hindering my lifestyle and working condition since the past 10 years. Came to Orthocure to get a permanent solution to it. Dr Meeta was a charm to meet. She was the first person to identify the reason behind my chronic pain. Went through the treatment with her for some odd days and I am much better now.
