With this virus still active, I tried to wait to get back into the pain clinic. I was in too much pain so I contacted Doctor Bibra on an urgent basis. We made an appointment but he could not make it due to covid19. Instead of making me wait or rescheduling, he contacted one of his colleagues and Dr. Swarnima said she'd be willing to see me.

With a lot of apprehension I went in. This virus has scared me very much but I have a family to care for and I must be able to move. I wore face mask, eye protection and I even brought hand sanitizer, but so did they😁.

The entire staff was safe, caring and kind. They made sure the area was sterilized extremely well and I got my epidural injection the same day.

I had a life changing ease of pain that I am extremely grateful for.

It will be a long road but I am confident with this office and their abilities. For Twenty years I've suffered and half of my pain was gone with this treatment.. It's incredible. I'm still in pain to a certain degree but the Doctors are working with me and caring very greatly for my well being.

I could not ask for anything more. Also they are fairly priced. Definitely not out there trying to take advantage of their patients!

Please don't force yourself to live in pain. Please contact office, they are just the best.

My mother has been daignosis with slipped disc for 7 years. However, she was not fine after 4 years teatment. Then we went,Dr Swarnima Mam, 6 months ago. She started treatment with less medicines and effective results. She explained why this happened and what we could do.

Now she is far better even walk betterly, able to do more exercises. Even she feels difference. We are also very happy.

Doctor Vardhan was thorough in obtaining previous medical history that could have been the initial cause. She explained to me properly what the results of my MRI report from the UK NHS actually meant and that there were in fact 3 problems not just a "slipped disc" that I had been told.

Straight away Dr Vardhan said she could give me spinal injections for pain relief and sympathised that I must have been in significant pain. An hour later I was done. I was given a contact number and WhatsApp for any concerns or queries. 11 days later and things are significantly better already. Extremely happy with efficiency & service; I will recommend wholeheartedly.

i have been consulting Dr Swarnima who gave advise for PRP injections, and it was sound, i do feel better , and pain has lessened.

Very satisfactory about the treatment advised without unnecessary investigation which is very common in these days .Also no wastage of time as well as explanation given by the doctor with respect to problem was very clear and I can say accurate as well .
