I booked the appointment for Dr Savita but due to some urgent work,she was not available so I was told that Dr Saurabh will do my ultrasound. The appointment was scheduled at 6.30 but he came half an hour late and I was informed by the staff he is getting ready though he is having his residence just above their diagnostic centre. And after he came he just did the ultrasound in 2 mins and left the room without even letting me know the details of my scan. After getting the reports I saw him sitting in a cabin with phone in his hand. So I went in and asked him about the report, on which he replied rudely and even then didn't tell the details properly. Being a doctor you should be polite and must discuss the problem. Totally wast e of time and money. I will not recommend him and will definitely not visit their centre again.
