It was in Aug'21 when I was getting constant jaw locking issue. Whenever I used to open my mouth wide (eating or yawning) the jaw used to lock, and then close with loud click and pain. I had no idea what was the trouble and chose to ignore it initially thinking this'll sort itself. But by Nov'21 the problem was escalating and frequency increased to a lock every 15-30mins. I consulted a general physician who asked to consult a dentist for this issue. That is when I approached Dr. Richa for my problem, and explained to her what is happening. She understood the problem in a single meeting and advised some tests. After looking at the reports the treatment started. Its a long treatment, and Dr. Richa introduced the entire process to me, explained the potential risks of leaving this untreated and then initiated the treatment. I never had to follow up on the next step as Dr. Richa and her staff ensured to call me for next consultation whenever it was needed. Entire treatment and associated costs were informed to me before initiating anything
