I’ve had multiple ultrasounds done by her and she has been extremely polite and explains every step she does and what the results mean in detail. She’s friendly , patient and the overall scan experience is very smooth . Will definitely recommend her.

The doctor is great but I had to wait more than 2 hours to get a simple growth ultrasound done. I think the managing staff could have done better. I had my 8 yr old with me and am myself into 7th month of pregnancy. My appointment was at 10:40 am and I checked in at 10:45 , after that the billing counter was experiencing some technical issue , so after much trying I was given a manual bill. Even then , this does not explain such a long wait time when I could see that others who came after me were going for their ultrasound. The excuse given was that there were 2 emergency cases due to which it was taking time. Very disappointed with this treatment. Due to this I missed meeting my consulting doctor Dr. Preety as she had went into labor room by then. I consulted Dr. Richa who sits with her , as I couldn’t wait anymore -I had developed a severe headache and it was already so late.
