I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Raktima. She is extremely ************** patient, and caring. She listened to all my concerns carefully and explained everything in a very clear and understandable way. Her calm nature and positive attitude made me feel comfortable throughout the consultation. She takes time to understand her patients and never makes them feel rushed. The treatment and guidance provided by her were very helpful

Raktima doctor is an excellent pediatrician. She is very patient , calm and explains everything clearly about our child’s throat infection. She listens carefully to each of our concerns with so much kindness and always give us the right guidance. She generally avoids to give Antibiotics to kids straight away and treats them with **** medication. She is always there to guide and help others

My overall experience with Dr. Raktima Chakrabarti was very good. She explained everything clearly and took her time patiently. Although the waiting time was about forty minutes, the rest of the clinic experience was good. I would definitely recommend her and rate the experience a four out of five.
