My experience with Dr. Praveen Gupta was fine. The doctor explained the next steps clearly. However, the clinic was a bit delayed as my appointment was at 1:30 pm but I got a seat only around 2:10 pm. I am not ready to recommend the doctor yet as I want to complete the treatment first and see if my headache improves.

My experience with the doctor was generally good and the explanations were clear. However, the waiting time was very long, sometimes up to four hours even with an appointment, due to poor management of the token system. Overall, the doctor was good but the clinic needs to improve the appointment and waiting time management.
