My experience with Dr. Praveen Gupta was fine and I would recommend him. The issue was not with the doctor but with the hospital management, as the MRI machines were not working and there was a long wait time. Overall, I would rate the experience as average due to these delays.

The doctor explained everything clearly during the consultation. The clinic environment was generally fine, but there was a long waiting time both for the appointment and at the pharmacy counter. The doctor was very good and explained everything clearly. However, the waiting time was very long, around two to two and a half hours, and the staff were rude. I do not want to give an overall rating because I want to separate my feedback for the doctor and the hospital experience.
