I went for a routine checkup with Dr. Prateek Teotia. The visit was delayed because they put me in as a walk-in instead of an appointment due to no staff being available at the center. Apart from the delay, there was no other issue mentioned.
Visited For Eye Treatment
Neither the hospital nor the doctor recognised practo booking and asked us to make a new registration via their in-house system. Then they made us wait and then charged their usual amount (INR 1250) which is way higher than what is mentioned on practo (INR 700).
