Visited For Eye Treatment
Neither the hospital nor the doctor recognised practo booking and asked us to make a new registration via their in-house system. Then they made us wait and then charged their usual amount (INR 1250) which is way higher than what is mentioned on practo (INR 700).

Doctor was in a hurry, didn't see properly . The hospital was also not managed properly. They made us wait for 2 hrs
I had consulted the doctor for eye-related issue. Consultation was good with the doctor. I am satisfied with the explanation given. Medicine, eye drops, refresh gel was suggested by the doctor. He told me to use this for a lifetime for eyes. Medical test was done. There was some waiting time in the hospital. I have blurring sometimes. Previously I had conjunctivitis. Hospitality was good.
My wife had consulted the doctor and it was for health concern. ********* *** **** ** *** ******. I am satisfied with the treatment given. I can recommend doctor to my family or friends. Eye drops was suggested. Medicine was prescribed by the doctor but it was not suitable for her. There was no waiting time in the hospital. Staff were very cooperative and doctor was friendly. She had eye redness and pressure. Laser treatment was also done.
