Very nice experience. So calm and composed she is. Her experience is indicated in the way she treats any issue.
I found that the doctor had zero empathy, i visited her for 2 early pregnancy scan, and she said there is no heart beat and walked out of the scan first time. During second scan i expected her to be a little friendlier considering my situation, she again with zero emotions/ empathy said it is unhealthy pregnancy. Cloudnine Hospital should train such senior doctors on how to behave. I understand we are amongst many for you, but for us you are the only one, so please try and be empathetic next time, just smile when you see your patients.

Highly unprofessional doctor and the hospital. They left my 28 day old baby in middle of an ultrasound promising to return in 15 minute but never returned for the next 45-50 min. Wasted 2 hours at the hospital to get a scan done and still came back home without getting it done as the doctor left us unattended.
The doctor especially a ultra-sonographist doing prenatal check up should talk to the patient in a manner that is polite and even if the news is sad she should share it with ease which was completely lacking in the doctor. I would insist Cloudnine to train their staff on empathy too.
Helped in managing the child, while she was cranky and asked us to play video (rymes) of her choice. Report also provided immediately in couple of mins. Good in nature. Checked the whole abdomen as per requirement.

She was brilliant. Calm, took her time to check things as this was my first scan with her. Made us look at the baby images with ample time and no hurry or rush. She exaiend things where needed and they they were important like position of the baby, heart beat, blood flow to baby etc. I have gotton 3 scans before, this was the best experience because of the time doctor gave us.
We visited Dr. Kiran multiple times for ultrasound for ongoing pregnancy. She is very nice doctor and explained me everything patiently. We feel positive after meeting her and we will continue to interact with her for subsequent ultrasound as well. We will highly recommend her.
Doctor seem to be fine. Came on time. Called the concerned doctor too while doing the ultrasound. It was just a normal experience. Nothing extra ordinary about the same. Can be considered for future treatment since being a lady doctor for the ultrasound of internal organs.
