Doctor Dewan is very thorough with her check up and extremely soft spoken. Makes the patient comfortable and talks in detail about the ultrasound. I felt fully satisfied post my consultation with her and she clears all doubts that one has. Will highly recommend her to anyone who is on the lookout.

I was disappointed wen I was told file is not available even on my second visit . It's a big hospital , charges so much n even a file is not provided to keep papers . Even small ultrasound clinics give reports proerly filed . It's extremely disappointing .

TODAYS EXPERIENCE. MY DAUGHTER HAD AN APPOINTMENT FOR A SONOGRAPHY.

IT WAS POURING RAIN.

ON ENETERING THE HOSPITAL OUTSIDE THE ENTRANCE WAS VERY VERY SLIPPERY.

A FIVE MONTH PREGNANT YOUNG LADY HAD NO ASSISTANCE AT THE ENTRANCE. SHE SLIPPED AND FELL.

THERE WAS NO RAMP NO RAIL AND NO HELP..SAD FOR YOUR SERVICE.

NO ONE PICKED HER UP. SHE JUST LAY THERE IN THE RAIN ON THE FLOOR. NO ONE CAME TO PICK HER UP. INSPITE OF ALL THIS SHE WENT FOR HER APPOINTMENT.

ON ENTERING THE DR. BHAVNAS ROOM. SHE TOLD HER SHE HAD FALLEN DOWN.

TO WHICH SHE WAS LIKE WITH NO EMPATHY. UNINTERESTED.

SHE DID THE SONOGRAPHY AND ASKED HER TO WAIT OUTSIDE AS SHE SAID SOME FOR procedures were required. Patient waited for 30 mins.And enquired again. She said it would take another 30 mins. After waiting for 60 mins patient enquired again. She was told it would take 30 mins more.

PATIENT ON ARRIVING INFORMED DR. BHAVNA SHE FELL DOWN.

1HOUR AND 30 MINS HAD ALREADY GONE BY..IN THIS CASE WHAT HUMANITARIAN ACTION SHOULD HAVE BEEN PROCESSED AND PUT INTO ACTION. PERHAPS YOU WOULD LIKE TO COMMENT.

AFTER ONE AND A HALF HOURS.

WE HAD TO WAIT ONE AND A HALF HOURS MORE.

TOTAL TIME WE SPENT IN CLOUD9.

WAS 3 HOURS.

SHE IGNORED..AND KEPT TALKING ON THE MOBILE.

I AGAIN KNOCKED TOLD HER THE PATIENT HAD AN INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT TO CATCH.

SHE LOOKED UP KEPT TALKING ON THE PHONE WHILE SHE WAS SLOUCHED IN HER CHAIR.

THERE WAS NO PATIENT IN THE ROMM.

I ASKED TO SEE THE MANAGER.

15 MINS NO ONE CAME.

I PAID 5000 PLUS FOR A SONOGRAPHY FOR A 3 HOUR WAIT. * ****** *** *** ************* ** * ******* *** ****** *** **** ***** ** *** ******* **** * VERY UNPLEASANT UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE.

PERHAPS YOU WOULD BE KIND ENOUGH TO GIVE YOUR VIEWS AND UPDATE US ON THIS.

OUT OF EXASPERATION WE REQUESTED RETURN OF OUR MONEY BACK. *** **** *** ***** *** ** **** ** *********

YOUR ASSISTANT CAME HE COULD NOT EVEN UNDERSTSND THE SITUATION. NOR WAS HE APOLOGETIC FOR THIS TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

If you are a new mother and want to a good motherhood experience, I WILL NOT RECOMMENDED THIS DOCTOR. I went there for NT scan, appointment was for 11AM, and waited till 6 PM and the scan was still not complete. During this 6 hour wait, she just checked 3 times and said baby is not in the position we cannot do the scan and it can take days. They checked at 12 PM, then 5PM and 6PM. 4 hours of gap between the checking and it is expected that the baby will be in position after 4 hours of mother being exhausted. They book more appointments than they can manage, and on top of that allow walk-ins as well. She started yelling when I requested if they can call my husband to see the baby after the scan. "I don't work for your husband/ You don't understand that baby needs to be in this position/ This scan can take days" were the things she said while yelling. Which made me and my husband incredibly uncomfortable, that we had to cancel our package at cloud nine just because of her behaviour. Atlast, I went for the scan in nearest hospital and the scan was done within 15 mins and the doctor made me so comfortable.

We visited Dr. Bhavna Dewan for an NT/NB scan. On the first day, we had to wait for more than two hours. Despite the long wait, the doctor did not attempt to repeat the scan on the same day and instead asked us to come back another day.

On the second day, the scan was conducted, but unfortunately, the doctor appeared rude and seemed to be in a hurry. She was reluctant to answer all of our questions and, when pressed for more details, responded that she wouldn’t mention every single thing.

During the scan, the doctor ********** commented that my wife was holding her stomach too tight. **** **** ***** ************** ********** ** * ********** ******* *** gave the impression that she lacked empathy and understanding towards patients in this situation.

We found Dr. Bhavna inconsiderate and rude. Also, she had issues with giving out printed screening report, with patients taking second opinion from other doctors, with me getting emotional during one of my scans esp since I've had past miscarriages. Moreover, they ask for previous report before the scan for history and even then she is always clueless about the case and always starts by asking how far have I reached in pregnancy etc...

Do not recommend this doctor as she is not friendly. She is kind of rude. My wife had gone for a growth scan and we were not happy with the way she conducted. She hurried through the process, did not explain about the babies progress, took the readings and wrapped it in 5-10 mins. Not a pleasant experience for a first time mother who wants to see the baby, experience the baby!

Dr Bhavna is the best Radiologist I have ever come across.She is a good listener and v professional

She gives the detailed information about the scan and is v pleasant and polite whilst dealing with her patients.she answers all the queries with much ease and politeness.

It's a treat visiting Dr Bhavna for ur ultrasound..

It was a very pleasant experience. Doctor Bhawna was very friendly with my son and very loving. She explained my son about the ultrasound in her own way so that my five year old could understand. All together my experience with her was great. I would surely recommend her to others.

I have been visiting to Doctor Bhawna at Cloud Nine for all my pregnancy scan from the beginning. I trust her so much that I have planned all my scans as per her availability. She is highly experienced, always ensuring the completeness of scans even if it means multiple sittings. Her anomaly scans were thorough and detailed. She is extremely friendly, empathetic, positive and kind in the way she treats her patients. My friend was also consulting at cloud nine and she was seeing Dr Bhawana throughout. Her positive experience was also an influence which led me to the doctor and I cannot be thankful enough. would highly recommend the doctor if you want your baby to be monitored by experienced hands :)
