Archana Mam deserves a huge salute, I dont feel comfortable sharing my personal details here but in a different perspective if somone is struggling with the issues and stress on the same matter may be my story might help. I reside at poland and with recent chekups i had prediabetics/fatty liver and many more issues including weight issues. I have to say the assumptions regarding weightloss and fasting and workouts didnt help me.I am a certified fitness trainer and i never gave importance to diet as my diets werent working and reluctantly i gave a try on Archana mams advices . Belive me 1.5 month thatsit i have medical results with me my fatty liver is back in normal state, my prediabetic is in controled state. and even i lost around 3-4 kg ina month. Not by starving or fasting .. please dont follow anything you hear on social media just like i was, your body may work exactly differnt just like fasting did harm to me than good , my metabolic rate went down and ended up in starvation mode. So litrealy. Archana Mam formated me ,my life style ,what and when to eat.. one thing i can say for certain the plans made by Archana mam will make sure you are always full and loose weight along with it and certainly the sedentary diseases too. I would definitely recommend Archana Mam to anyone from india /outside india .. and your results will show up in a month.
