Visited doctor once, it was a good experience. Months later, visited again for a different reason. Within 12 hours, we called them as my condition worsened and we just needed to ask if we should get the tests advised done sooner. The receptionist outrightly refused that doctor will not speak on phone, u have to come to clinic. ** *** **** * *** ********* **** * * **** *** ** ****** ******* ** ***** ** ** Finally, they called back n said this will be considered your “free consultation” before we could speak to the doctor.
Next day(day 2) we went there with the reports. They asked us to pay the fees. We said we are within the 3 day consultation period. The doctor stepped in *** **** **** *** *** ***** ******** ***** **** ***** **** ********* **** *** * **** ***** *** she has **** ******* *** *** ******** *** no regard for them.**** **** *** *** **** **** ******* *** ******* *** **** ** ******* **** *** ********* ** ** ************* ** *** ***** ******* we paid them the 500 and left.
Next day, I called to inform them that she misread the reports and my platelets are not low. Excellent!!! I am taking treatment from Dr. Neha for the last 3 months and there are no words to express my thanks for her treatment. Dr. Neha is our family physician. She has been very accurate with her diagnosis. We have been taking Consultation from her for all kind of issues be it cold, fever to diabetes management or Heart related disease. We have been thoroughly satisfied with her consultation and medication. Specially her ability to gauge problems in elderly people.
