He will himself recall each patient's personal problems if any and will try to comfort him /her the way he could. He is very kind. He knows the work very well and you will feel that confidence that you are in the best hand. Not only with patients, with his own staffs, he is so calm instead of shouting on them, he understands their concern and cooperates even when at times they are at fault.
