I would rather qualify my experience as “at par”.I visited Dental Roots clinic after getting severe pain and infection in right premolar resulted by sharp food item pierced through in hollow RC.Waited around 15 more minutes than scheduled time which is quite OK and reasonable wait time.Doctor Setia shared his assessment after checkup and suggested for root extraction and further implant as a permanent solution. Doctor gave ample time to listen all questions and answered them patiently.A lady doctor shared diagnosis of x-ray and also talked about different implants options available along with their pros and cons. She answered all the queries in length.I requested lady Doc for pain reliever medicine for my severe pain and also conveyed my wish to take second opinion before going for extraction implant procedure. ****** ***** **** ***** **************Lady doctor shared photo copy of consultation on plain paper, with no clinic reference whatsoever. I guess they want to keep prices of implant unofficial but not sharing diagnosis and consultation detail on plain white with no clinic reference is quite unusual – perhaps first in my recent memory.Despite asking twice for pain relieving medicines, **** ****** ****** ********* *** ********* ** *** *** ******* ** ***** ** ***** ******* ********I called clinic from pharmacy after realizing that “plain consultation paper” has only details of implants and its costs but no medicines, I was then asked to wait for few minutes so they can send medicine names on WhatsApp.After waiting for another 15 minutes, I again called clinic and then someone from clinic sent me medicine names. I got the impression that Doctors were more interested in implant procedure than helping me in severe root pain which was my first reason to visit Dr. Setia clinic.

I usually dont write reviews, but this time I really felt like sharing my experience because it was honestly so good. I recently got a root canal treatment done here, followed by a crown, and I was very nervous in the beginning because I have always been a little scared of dental work. I was in severe pain before the RCT started, but to my surprise, in the very first sitting itself that pain was completely taken care of. The procedure was absolutely painless, and the crown Dr Dheeraj gave me afterwards fit so perfectly in the first go itself that I didnt need any adjustments. That gave me so much confidence in the doctors here.

After this, I also had to get my wisdom teeth extracted, and I cannot explain how scared I was about it. I had been putting it off for a long time, but the doctors explained everything in detail, answered all my doubts one by one, and most importantly, they spoke so kindly that half of my fear went away even before the procedure began. The extractions were over before I even realised and I did not face any problems at all afterwards.

What I really liked about this place is the way they handle patients- with so much patience, care, and personal attention. They didnt just treat me and send me home, they actually sat down, explained every single instruction, and even followed up with calls to check on me. That really touched me, because it felt like they genuinely care.

Now I feel very comfortable and at home here. This is going to be the go-to place for me and my family for any dental needs. I would recommend this clinic to everyone without any hesitation.

So I am new to the city and I reached the wrong clinic for treatment, I was waiting outside trying to book a cab back home, there were preparations going on for Lohrhi, when Dr Setia’s wife saw me standing at the gate and asked my pupose for visit. I told her how I mistook this clinic to be the one to visit as opposed to Sushant Golf phase 1 clinic, where my appointment actually was. She informed Dr Setia, and asked me to sit inside. Dr Setia came after 10mins as he had to celebrate Lohrhi, but he actually saw my gum as I was in immense pain and helped me understand the reason behind the swelling and suggested me the required treatment.

I was elated to see such empathy towards patient and would wish them Happy Lohrhi! Absolutely recommend him to anyone suffering from dental issues.

This was my first visit , I have been to dentists all my life since I was a child and yes I can certainly say I was extremely happy with the services . Doctor Dheeraj is extremely polite , positive and makes the patient feel comfortable . I highly recommend him .
