Nourish Me, DLF Phase II

I started working with Monisha after my sister's successful completion of an year-long program with her. She had lost around 25 Kgs in that period.

After almost a decade of living abroad, I had been away from Indian food for the most part with it being negligible in my diet over the past couple of years. So, returning back to the old diet hit hard and I gained weight instantly. Tried to control it for over 6 months with a strict workout regimen (5-6 days a week) but was only able to reduce 2-3 kilos.

In working 3 months with Monisha, I lost about 7.5 kilos and I'm continuing what I've learnt with another kilo lost in the 2-3 weeks that followed after the end of the program. I'm now about 2 kilos away from my ideal body weight.

Monisha is a doctor who doesn't let you starve , yet she counsels you in a manner that leads to a healthy body. I really admire her as she has helped me reach my target weight. She is not only a diet consultant but also your exercise manager. She has always taken an extra step to metion exercise routine with diet , which has been a strong reason of my success story. I have lost 12kgs with Monisha. Didnt know her before enrolling so was a bit skeptical, however she put all my worries to rest . I don't feel I starved at all and today I feel much lighter and energetic .

I jave been yp many dieticians as i cannot exercise, sp could not lose weight. Bit with monisha's diet i lost 8kgs in 2 months.
