Nourish Me, DLF Phase II

I started working with Monisha after my sister's successful completion of an year-long program with her. She had lost around 25 Kgs in that period.

After almost a decade of living abroad, I had been away from Indian food for the most part with it being negligible in my diet over the past couple of years. So, returning back to the old diet hit hard and I gained weight instantly. Tried to control it for over 6 months with a strict workout regimen (5-6 days a week) but was only able to reduce 2-3 kilos.

In working 3 months with Monisha, I lost about 7.5 kilos and I'm continuing what I've learnt with another kilo lost in the 2-3 weeks that followed after the end of the program. I'm now about 2 kilos away from my ideal body weight.
