I paid a consultation fee of eleven hundred rupees *** *** *** ******* *** ******** ********** ** *** ******* Despite following up with the clinic for two days and speaking to the doctor, the medicine was not arranged, which caused me inconvenience and expense. I am very disappointed with this experience and feel that my money should be refunded since I did not get the prescribed treatment.
