************* * ***** **** ** ****** ** ****** **** ***** ** ********* * ********** we went to Dr Pankaja to treat my wife's anxiety with lot of trust. *** ***** ** *** **** *** **** ******* ***** ******** ****DON'T THROW AWAY YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE

These are the main points we feel:-

1. The first question she asked us was about our Salary. **** ****** ****** ***** ** ***** ****** *

2. Initially she said she will take not more than 8-10 sessions to heal her. But she took around 7-8 sessions to just gather baout the history ** **** ********** *** ******** ** ****** ********** *********.

3. Then in middle she said that we have to do psychometric test and told that it costs around 15000 and told about some package ***** ****** ****** ***** ******

4. Then we asked her that it has been many sessions and you never gave any therapy sessions she used to say that she will give in the next session which never came *** *** ** **** ****** *** ************.

5. Everytime she used to talk about money and said OK we will do this test in 12k. We did the test and she said reports will come in a week's time then more than 10 days has been passed and we didn't get any call from them .

6. Then i went to this clinic and asked about the update they were not having any idea what update i am asking for. They didn't know when this test happened.

7. They refunded my psychometric test money which 12k and refused to refund approx 20k ***** **** **** **** *** ********* *** ******* ** ****** *** **** ******* *** NO THERAPY HAPPENED. We are back to square 1 for her treatment

I and my husband went to Dr Pankaja to help her resolve the issues in our marriage. Her diagnosis is very accurate and she understood the problem/ issues very well, however few things that made me uncomfortable during the counselling sessions that I would like to share:

1. The appointment process is a challenge. Although this is being handled by her staff, still there have been times where the appointment was being fixed and then cancelled. Once we waited at the gate knocking the doors and calling the staff just to know that they forgot about the appointment and the doc is on leave that day.

2. While you are totally engrossed in telling the doc about your stories during the sessions , your thought process can be literally disturbed by constant knocking on the door and intrusions like making green teas during the session.

3. It’s been almost 6months now that we started our counselling sessions and it’s going well for now in our marriage but what we observed that the doctor sometimes started to tell her own life stories and forgot that she was talking to different personalities than her own. We also learnt that during our individual sessions she was kind of instigating our pain points about each other.

For both of us going to the sessions with her was another stress that was adding to the already stressed marriage we were dealing by then.

Sometimes her comments on us or our personalities were also depressing. For what I thought about these sessions was to make an already stressed/ depressed person a little alive or positive.

Meanwhile this journey was happening I was in touch with a friend who was going through a broken marriage and taking counselling sessions. For what I heard from

Him and his experience about counselling was totally opposite to what we had.

Even if I think that that’s the best counselling sessions one can have and that’s how they are being suppose to be carried I would still suggest anyone to go to a more humble, accepting and a polished Phychologist.
