Dear Patient, Thanks for your feedback. But things as u mentioned is your version… You came for one question that is - do i have Ankylosing Spondylitis? I took all detailed history from the beginning and also how it started and fluctuations in severity from day to night !!!! Also explained you that u dont have features of ANKYLOSING SPONDYLITIS CLINICALLY, i need to examine you. After examination, i explained that u Don’t have AS features. In tests ( u have done many tests in last few years , visited many docs, still no one diagnosis ) : no evidence of ankylosing spondylitis. I explained u. I gave u 20-22 mins ( slot is for 15 mins max ) for all of these and said to meet me again after MRI for 100 percent confirmation that u dont have Ankylosing spondylitis… finally i said u may have Enthesopathy when u asked that fir kyu ho raha hai mujhe ? Then i said pls call le tomorrow between 2-4 pm to understand Enthesopathy since the next patient is in line… Anyways … U can always reach out on the mentioned number for ur all queries as per our follow up schedule timings.
