 Please read this review thoroughly before you visit this clinic.I have visited this clinic in January. Dr. Pinky was the one who done my initial examination and as per her my tooth ( molar tooth) needs an RCT.After Few days, I fixed an appointment, she completed my RCT and told me that a single sitting RCT has been done and now we need to proceed for the filling in the next sitting. Though I never asked for a single sitting RCT, I was never in a hurry. The problem which I faced is that my pain has never stopped, I visited her and told her that I still feel a lot of pain. She told me, We will fill your tooth after some days. After 2 days, I again contacted her, and she prescribed me some pain killers, which I took.I visited her clinic told her again that the pain still there. But, she decided to do the filling even when I was in severe pain. During the filling, trust me, she gave me 2 injections in my mouth *** * ***** **** *** ******** ******** *** *** **** ***** ***** Now Dr. Vikram Kapoor came into picture, He took the size of the tooth for the cap and charged me whopping 6,000 bucks for the metal one. In total, I have already paid them around 10K and the pain was never ending. I had accompanied my wife for her wisdom tooth extraction recently. The doctors and the hospital staff are very professional. High levels of hygiene and safety are maintained. Dr Pinky Kapoor and Dr Vikram Kapoor are both highly qualified and treat patients with utmost care. With minimal medication and follow-ups, my wife's treatment got completed in a week. there was minimal waiting time and patients are monitored for temperature, hands are sanitized and every care is taken to ensure a safe atmosphere.

Dr Pinky did my RCT. She made sure as a patient I am fully aware of what she is doing or if there can be any complications.

Secondly, RCT Can be done in multiple seatings, she made sure I am comfortable and then only proceed further.

The best was, Both Dr. Kapooors gave me clarity on everything.

She actually has a very good grip, I did not hurt at all. Plus she looked thoroughly through my Xrays, and suggested any suspicions that I can get checked.

If you talk with pockets, they are very reasonable and the politeness, time for each patient and most important they listen.

Overall the best experience.

I am lucky to have Dr. Kapoors as my very first Dentist in Gurgaon. I have to undergo RCT.

1. The way they described the problem to me and made me b prepared for the process.

2. The way they stated all the if's and else before starting the process.

3. After each seating, they made sure they are approachable in case I face any issues.

4. Their expertise is very commendable. Through the process, they were describing, I did not feel the pain and above all, as a non-medical person, if I need to know anything, they share the details.

5. During COVID times, definitely 5 stars for cleannies.

6. For many places I have been to, they have a trained assistant, which actually makes the process smooth.

7. Lastly, they hear you out.

I am so thankful for them to make the process so easy.

Both Dr Vikram and Dr Pinky Kapoor are having excellent clinical skills. They handled my teeth problem with patience and clearly explained me the treatment method .Over and above at present in this covid 19 crisis utmost care is taken by them for themselves as well as for the patient.

I got my Rct done from Dr.Pinki.she did everything wid d most precision and her approach was totally conservative..wherein it felt to me dat it was her tooth more than mine...I m totally awed by her perseverance. Wudcertainly recommend to my family.Dr Vikram was equally talented and made sure dat he cud save my tooth as it was a re- rct .he had explained things so well.5 stars to both of them.

I got my wisdom tooth removed recently at this clinic. The process was very simple and quick. I was given proper advice to follow post impaction medication. A week later, I went to get my sutures removed. It was overall a great experience. As with every dental procedure, the pain did persist but the medication helped me a lot. Dr Pinky Kapoor and Dr Vikram Kapoor were both very pleasant and professional thought-out the process.

I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who seeks dental care.
