I used to think therapy doesn’t work until I met Dr. Arati. She explains why we are doing what we are doing in our sessions which helps me actually follow the plan of action, this also keeps me motivated to improve and continue to put in the work. Her empathy and warmth are cherries on the top. Would definitely recommend anyone who is going through guilt/shame related anxiety and low self esteem. Grateful to have her.
