Dr. Deepika Sood has been my gynecologist for both my pregnancies, and I cannot recommend her enough. I first consulted her during one of the most difficult phases of my life—after my first miscarriage. At that time, I had already met several top doctors in Gurgaon, but my experience with them felt extremely clinical and rushed. In fact, I felt that some intentionally gave minimal medical options, almost pushing me toward a procedure rather than a medical termination.

From my very first meeting with Dr. Deepika Sood, the difference was clear. She was incredibly compassionate, empathetic, and reassuring. She gave me the correct medication, explained everything patiently, and most importantly, instilled confidence in me during a very emotionally vulnerable time. Her positivity and warmth made a huge difference in my healing process.

She never rushes through appointments. It genuinely feels like she has all the time in the world to listen—whether it’s medical concerns or the countless thoughts and anxieties running through a mother’s mind. She is someone I can ask my weirdest, most uncomfortable questions without any hesitation or embarrassment.

Having her as your gynecologist feels like having someone who is truly invested in your journey. Apart from you and your husband, she feels like the next person who is genuinely happy and emotionally involved in every milestone of your pregnancy.

I have consulted many well-known gynecologists in Gurgaon, and without a doubt, Dr. Deepika Sood stands out as the best. I would highly, highly, highly recommend anyone to at least consult her once—you will understand the difference immediately.

She is always in rush,Sometimes wind up meeting in 5 mins, and never listen to patients. Here are my honest review after being in touch with Dr Parul Jain in Cloud Nine for 9 months. We trusted her blindly and followed her completely, thats what we are supposed to do.I had many complications(cholestasis of pregnancy, gestational diabetes, thyroid) along with cord in baby's neck. But doctor never insisted for C-Sec instead recommended Normal delivery induction and said she will do C-sec in case of emergency.

I was admitted in Cloudnine at night time around 8:45pm for the labor induction procedure but Dr Parul was not there. Hospital staff was not able to understand the criticality though I was there for 9+ hours on continous fetal rate monitoring via NST and Dr Parul came in morning around 6:40 AM next day, when it was already too late. My husband was chasing everyone to ask why NST machine is beeping, it had happened thrice on that night and he himself informed about dipping fetal rate to nurses .. We lost our full term baby in 39 weeks **** ******* ** ***** *** *** ******* ** ********* Later doctor informed us the reason of death was Meconium(poop) Aspiration and cord around neck

Be careful while trusting on anyone we might be a case for them but it's our life and we have to live with this boundless pain and irrecoverable loss.

Highly Disappointing Experience at Cloudnine

I visited Cloudnine for an IUCD procedure with Dr. Palwinder Kaur, expecting professionalism, sensitivity, and basic respect for a patient’s time and privacy. ************** *** ********** *** ********* ***********

To begin with, I was made to wait for more than one hour despite having a prior appointment. There was no proper communication or apology for the delay. **** ******** **** ********** *** ********* *** ********* *****

More concerning was the consultation itself. For a sensitive procedure like IUCD insertion, one expects empathy, reassurance, and professionalism. Instead, the interaction felt uncomfortable *** *********** *** ****** ***** ********* **** **** ************* ********* *** ********** ** ******* *** *** ******* **** ****** ********** *** ***********.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend either the doctor or this center

Dr. Witty Raina doesn't even deserve a half star. I went to this doctor for my first pregnancy but was not satisfied at all.* *** ** ***** **** ** ******* She never bothered to console me about the situation and always played a fear psychosis. Ultimately I had a miscarriage and during that time also she always made me feel negative about the entire situation. During my pregnancy, my all scans were done by Dr. Witty herself. After 14 days of the miscarriage, Dr. Bhavna did the ultrasound and Dr. Witty told me that there is a Polyp and it could be cancerous and I was told that I have to get Hysteroscopy/RPOC removal same day itself and I should get admitted for the procedure. It sounded odd to me so I consulted two other doctors along with new scans & other diagnosis outside Cloudnine Hospital *** **** *** ******* ********* **** ********** ** ****** *** ***** *** ** ***** ****** *** ** ********* *** ********* ***** ******* ***** **** *** **** **** ****** *** *** ******* *** * **** ** **** **** * ** *********** ******** **** * ****** ***** ******* *** ******* ***** **** ** *** ***** ****** ** ********* **** **** ******* ** **** I really wish I would have consulted other Doctors outside Cloudnine as well during my initial stages of pregnancy. Pregnancyis the most cherished time for a woman *** *** ***** **** ** ***** ******** ** **** ** ** ********* ****** *** *** I will ensure nobody in my circle will ever go to Cloudnine Gurgaon.
