We visited him for my father who was experiencing high chest pain and discomfort and we are grateful to Dr. Kuldeep for immediate assessment of the problem and by thorough checkup. While we were waiting at the reception, we asked the receptionist for Sanitizer, he didn't have it as said it would be inside with doctor. When we went inside, no sanitizer was offered. He works with you to address your health concerns rather than just telling you what to do and make sure that you and him are on the same page and comfortable even if it requires him to draw on a paper to make you understand about your problem and what he is trying to do.I've been seeing Dr. Arora for nearly 7 years for my parents and impressed with his treatment and the approach towards handling the patient, understanding the problems and providing his consultation.I can never forget the times last year when my mother had to be admitted in ICU at my native place and I consulted Dr Arora. We consulted Dr. Arora for my wife’s chest pain. He gave patient listening to us, explained in detail the nature of problem. Further, he was very sensible about recommending tests and did not just recommend all sorts of tests.
