Barman Eye Care Centre, DLF Phase IV

Dear Sir, For us patient’s well being and satisfaction is of utmost importance and you should already know this as this was your 3rd visit to BARMAN EYE CARE CENTRE. On the said day you had 2 appointments one at 1:15 pm and another at 2:30 pm. We waited for u for the first appointment but as u did not turn up at the said time and surgeries we scheduled doctor went ahead with that as patients were waiting . When we requested you to wait for some time around 1:30 pm u said will come back after lunch and when u did doctor was finishing her surgeries and was about to come out as was conveyed to u when u got agitated and were asked to calm down as it is a hospital with post surgery patients. You were also requested to consult the doctor as she is available now but u refused and wanted a refund which was promptly given to u till this time the second appointments time was not yet due. So please understand that we were trying our best as doctor cannot leave a surgery in between and attend a routine appointment .All said and done we are sorry for the inconvenience caused to u on that day
