I wish to share my experience of my son fighting for COVID for last one month.

He is fully recovered today with third RTPCR report showing negative. I faced problem of finding proper doctor.

I was lucky to find Dr Ladli Chatterjee ************* in Gurugram, who could diagnose on line after seeing all the test reports. For a nominal fee of INR 700, consultation was possible for 10 days over WhatsApp. More so she responds within 2 hours. I understand she has a good grip of COVID issues.

Good part is - the doctor diagnosed the issue very clearly and prescribed us with the right medication to be taken.

Bad part is- post first meeting, we were traveling and hence asked doctor to advise for the next steps via tele consultation. She didn't respond at all even after several reminders.

I am diabetic and heart patient. I consulted the Dr. Ladli Chatterjee for diabetic and blood pressure medicine review. Dr. Ladli did hear me patiencely and advised me the change of the medicine. She also advised me about heart medicines after seeing my ECG and ECO reports. I highly recommend Dr. Ladli Chatterjee.

Good and bad. She is great. timely recovery with prescribed medicines. However , I am troubled by her staff. Her lab person (Hussain) started by scaring me about my condition, spammed over calls, text, and portrayed artificial emergency for medical tests.

Consulted her for the first time, searching for a General physician. I am lucky to discover such a brilliant doctor. I understood she truly cares for her patients. All the attributes of a great doctor like patient hearing, convincing explanation of the basis of diagnosis with full clarity, sharp correlation of different tests carried out earlier, friendly disposition, have automatically made her the go to doctor for my family in future.

She is very nice. As a Doctor is very sharp observer and politely listen the patient problem.I am better feeling to take her prescribes medicine within one or two days. 95% cured within a limited period. And staff also give good services and good behaviour.

Very friendly *** ************** Made it look very normal though the situation was quite critical as I had major tonsil issues. Medicines recommended were easily available and I did not have to run from one pharmacy to another to find the prescribed medicines. Focussed more on natural remedies, as a result of which my tonsil issue is long gone.

I had an awful experience with the doctor and the clinic. the staff at the reception are not professional..they were continuously talking about their personal things and did not bother to free the patient. the doctor had asked for certain injections and tests..post injections the staff started taking blood sample without even taking my consent that whether I want to get test done from there or not..and the cherry on the top...i kept calling and mssging them to get the invoice (which they told will watsapp me as making that invoice will take another 10 minutes) and my blood test reports but they were not reachable on the numbers..after finally 1.5 days i have got my report..would not recommend this place to anyone

I had booked appointment with Dr Ladli Chatterjee via Practo. Waiting time was less than 10 min. Appointment fees is also not that much.

Dr Ladli Chatterjee is very kind, generous, friendly and very knowledgeable. She listened to my every point that I shared with her. She first understands(very well) patient’s problem and then prescribes required medicines. She is not like other doctors who just prescribe medicines to treat illness. She also tells what you need to change in your lifestyle to overcome the illness. So she is definitely the Doctor you can go for without second thoughts.
