Varenya Clinic, Vasundhara

Dr. Promila is a very supportive, caring doctor and expert in her domain. Few days ago my wife was suggested for some laparoscopic related surgery and based on our residence she has suggested few hospitals where we can get the same done. We have finalized Prem Dharam hospital vasundhara as it was near one and in any case Promila mam would be doing the surgery. I was expecting a Cashless hospitalization as it was corporate medical policy and followed all the possible procedure hospital has asked. However the claim was denied with some reason and hospital has taken all the charges from me in cash.

Dr. Promila visited after surgery at around 10PM and while leaving asked if have any issue , I said that no issue, just the claim was denied and she stopped and came back for more information. She asked for the total bill, called hospital people and did all kind of fight to reduce the bill.

The 15k Was refunded, Amount is just a figure, Now a days assumption are like Doctors only to get profits where Dr Promila was fighting to reduce the bill from hospital where both party was important to each other. Hats off you Mam. Every one should learn from you to have feeling and understanding for their patients. Thanks for all your support !!! UTTAM

Dr. Promila is an amazing human being, she let's you ramble about your problems, hehee, which is rare nowadays, nobody has time to listen, but she not only listens , she guides and suggest the appropriate medication, she just knows exactly what the problem is.
