my wife visited her regarding her health issues.She listened to her problem patiently but when writing the prescription she never told her how to take the medicine.what is the reason she is writing these medicines.So she didn't explain anything clearly to her. *** ***** ** * **** ****** *** our experience was not good at all.

Since I have shifted from South delhi i was searching a good eye doctor and other doctors . for eye treatment i went to doctor swapnil jain randomly and found he is a good doctor and I will continue to take his service's in future

I visited punarjyoti eye care to cosult Dr Swapan Jain for routine eye checkup on 02.09.18. After 5-6 days my one eye got swelled badly and became red with itching. I again visited him on 10.09.18. He diagnosed conjuctivitis and prescribed medicines. I am still suffering from conjuctivitis and taken medical leave. Similar incident happen last year when I visited with my mother for her normal eye checup. She also caught severe conjuctivitis and suffered a lot. In both cases I visited punarjyoti for normal consultation *** ******** **** ****** *** ********* I think the checkup instruments etc are not cleaned properly after checup of patients that is causing cross infections. ***** ******* ** ********** *** *** following sterilization guidelines. Better to avoid such places *** ** ***** **** **** ***** ***********

I took appointment for 5:30 and I got the appointment but during visit I found that 2 person already had been taken appointment for 5:30 so I number was 3rd. But I was really satisfied with doctor and staffs. I would recommend to other people if you have any eye related issue then visit.
