2. His dictionary doesn't have space for any empathy
3. He doesn't care about the mindset of the patient, and what he is going through. I doubt he ever thought of this, before uttering his words.

We met Madam Dr. Smita Jain based on reviews put on internet. At the very first meeting itself with Madam Dr. Smita Jain, my wife and myself felt very convinced and we liked the way Doctor took personal notes of each and everything. She used to explain us in detail the Dos and Donts as expecting parents, and best part was she never made us feel over conscious over things. Always received positive advises during the entire pregnancy. From day one till the last day of arrival of our bundle of joy, Ma'am was personally looking into the development of baby and mother's health.
