We were getting treatment from the doctor befor Covid situation and paid the advance some amount for cleaning and filling. Now we reached again to doctor to continue treatment and she asked to book online appointment wherein patient was in extreme paid. Online appointment cannot help in this situation.

I had a dental problem and when I visit there it gave me nice treatment plus nice advice following there advice now I am fine. I would like to recommend if you any problems even if it minor please visit here. It is really a good dental clinic.👍🏻

This is a very good dental clinic. I took my root cannal from this dental clinic and it really helped me. During the lockdown I felt there is some problem in my tooth then consult the doctor and they gave me good advice and it was helpful too.

Dr Nanita is courteous and good natured. She showed a lot of patience and persistence in attending my case.

She handled my case very well.

I took an appointment for the issue in my wisdom tooth for 5pm through Practo. And she showed up at 5:45. I understand 15 minutes wait but 45 minutes is something I wasn’t expecting in pain. Then she checked and suggested X-ray from a place and removal of tooth in couple of days and told me to call for appointment for extraction.

The place she suggested for X-ray didn’t had any idea about her and they never shared nor the doctor asked for my X-ray from them. I followed up next day but she said that’s she didn’t got report neither she followed up with them. She told me that she will update me or call me soon.

Well I called the X-ray place to send her the report. The doctor never called to let me know when to come for the procedure or she got the report.

Then I took the appointment for Monday 5:30 and she called me to reschedule it and told me to to come around 5:15pm. We reached there at 5:10 and she made us wait till 5:45.

The clinic helper called us in and there was a different Doctor who started giving me instructions about the procedure.

She didn’t even had courtesy to update me or meet or let me know that she’s not going to operate.

The other doctor(Dr.Amit) was a dental surgeon from Delhi. No doubt he must be having experience but very hard hands.

It was painful procedure even after anaesthesia.

She don’t have any team, any help in the clinic. The boy who handles clinic did the suction and irrigation. The doctor was teaching him and telling him what to do while doing the procedure. It was that scary!!

They didn’t even let me call my husband in as I was in pain. I told them twice to call him.

There was one more person in the room who was her husband I guess.

They didn’t had equipments, help and they call themselves doctors.

After extraction she just wrote me some medicines and told me to visit in a week for suture removal.

today I called her for the procedure and she called me after 7:30pm. Around 8:10 we were there due to traffic.

We thought her timings are 5-9pm but the runner boy said that she just left. Heights of unprofessionalism. She can make her patient wait but can’t wait for them. It’s her job to follow up with patients after procedure she has charged money for. Now I am in pain with these sutures.

I would not recommend her to anybody. If you have dental issue then please go somewhere else.

We are shocked with the unexpected unprofessionalism by the Doctor. The reviews must be really genuine as the doctor looked very generous and understanding in first consultation meeting happened a month ago. However when we actually required a treatment, she requested us to wait for 2-3 days, which we did and completely understood as she was not available. Then we booked an appointment, she called us at clinic and then refused for the extraction because no helper was available. Then what was the point of booking an appointment and why she called us. She booked an appointment for next day and when we called her after reaching the clinic, she was not available and after 20 minutes of continuous calls she replied and said i am busy, and requested us to come another day. The purpose and meaning of appointment was changed for us after meeting them. This was the highly unprofessional behaviour we have ever seen by such a reputed doctor. Extremely sorry but this feedback was highly required for taking our pains too casually. Thank You.

Doctor was very attentive and explained the cause for the problem very well. She also suggested gave general dental care tips beyond prescribing medicines. She also called back the next day to know the well being of the patient and the feedback of the service.

Everything was very satisfactory.

I was having toothache but when Ma'am did x ray then she found there is bad condition from inside so she suggest me extraction and implant,i was worried about pain and how this will work.but she explained me everything then i allow to do,now 2 days gone,my tooth extraction and implant has done with out any pain.Now i am well.i will suggest everyone to visit dr Nanita regarding any tooth problem.

Very good experience for me. I have visited many time with family for different oral problems.
